Red Duck Brewery & Distillery was founded in 2005 with the ambition to bring unique, craft beer and distilled spirits to Ballarat. As a fully independent business, we create small batches with big flavour that can be enjoyed by all. Our mission is simple: to hand-craft traditional beer and spirits with a modern twist that celebrates both the complex art of brewing and distilling as well as our great local community. We strive for continuous improvement in our products through the process of experimentation and innovation while also considering sustainability practices.
