NEW MURAL TO CELEBRATE OUR LOCAL MUSIC SCENE

Joel Hammonds, a local artist, has recently painted a new mural to join the prolific public art portfolio of Ballarat. This mural is located on Annexe Wall at Alfred Deakin Place, next to the Ballarat Art Gallery. This mural has been painted to coincide with the Medieval to Metal exhibition, and also functions as an ode to Ballarat’s live music scene. This is a flourishing industry, as is the entirety of the creative community in Ballarat. It is definitely worth a stroll to see for yourself, and admire!
