REGIONAL VISA FOR GRADUATES AND SKILLED MIGRANTS

The Victorian Government is expanding pathways for regional employers to attract and retain skilled migrants and Victorian graduates through the Skilled Work Regional Visa (subclass 491). It does not necessitate employer sponsorship. Key features include: 2,000 visa places allocated specifically for Regional Victoria and 500 for Victorian graduates, pathway to permanent residency after three years through regional living, and a nomination process that is free of charge.
