Golden Ticket T&Cs

1) Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions of entry. Entry into the competition constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

2) The promotion will run in conjunction with Commerce Ballarat’s Privacy Policy.

The “Promotional Period” key dates:

-         The promotion commences 12^th December, 2020 & entries close 10pm 23^rd December, 2020.

-         The winner of the Golden Ticket Couples Pack will be selected by random computer generation on Thursday 24^th  December.

-         The winner will be announced at 12PM on ‘The Ballarat Experience’ Facebook page. The winner will also be notified via email, and/or telephone.

Commerce Ballarat reserves the right to cancel or extend the Promotional Period at its discretion.

3) Entry is open to any person over the age of 18 years old who enters via the entry form during the Promotional Period (“Eligible Entrants”). Entry via the form is limited to one entry per person. Entrants may gain additional entries by sharing their unique competition URL. An additional entry will be given each time another entry is received via the unique URL (up to a maximum of 10 additional entries).

4) To enter, Eligible Entrants must complete the entry form, which is available at https://bit.ly/ballaratgoldentickettwo. Eligible Entrants must provide their full name, postcode, mobile phone number and email address.

5) There will be one prize awarded to one Competition winner at the end of the Promotion Period. The prize is a weekend in Ballarat valued at over $1,500. The prize must be used in full between the dates of December 18, 2020 and February 28, 2021. The prize is not available for use on public holidays, or between the 3^rd-7^th of February. The package may not be split. All package elements are to be used on consecutive days chosen by the competition winner during the aforementioned dates.

6) Commerce Ballarat’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The Prize is not exchangeable, transferable or redeemable for cash.

7) Entry details will be used solely for the purposes of this Competition, unless otherwise agreed to by the entrant.

8) Commerce Ballarat is not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including, but not limited to indirect or a consequential loss) or for personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of taking any prize, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9) Commerce Ballarat will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever resulting from incorrect details lodged by Entrants.

10) Commerce Ballarat reserves the right to vary the rules of any competition or any prizes offered or to cancel any competition if it is no longer able to run the competition due to reasons beyond its control.
