Ballarat and District Trotting Club has numerous rooms available for your next function. We can cater for any function large or small. 

The "703 on Bell" is a modern cocktail-style event room situated within the Flying Horse Bistro, it comfortably seats 42 guests, a mix of cushioned low chairs and padded high-bar stools, with ample standing space for up to 70 guests. Additional seating can be implemented upon request.
It is complete with a private bar, fully serviced for the entirety of your event, up to a 5-hour maximum service. With full access to our Indoor Kids Play Area, Newly renovated establishment, and other facilities found within the Flying Horse Venue.

For Catering we offer a variety of Canape and Platter selections, starting at $25 per head, as well as full access to our Main Menu during Bistro Service Hours. 

Ballarat Trotting Club has a main function room that seats 500 guests, full-size dance floor, full bar facilities, AV equipment. Sit-down menu packages are available.

Our Draught Room is the perfect room for a canape function of 80-120 guests, with full-size dance floor and full bar facilities.
